The SRPRA and it is made up of the following members (pictured left to right):
Thomas Frawley is the Executive Director.
The Planning Committee focuses on the development of documentation and performance of analyses that are technical or environmental in nature, preparing applications for federal and state grants and related programs, and engaging the support of consultants as necessary, to enable the Authority to achieve its goal of restoring passenger rail service restoration in the Reading–Philadelphia corridor.
The Marketing and Communications Committee is responsible for developing and maintaining the Authority's website and its social media presence, develop the Authority's logo and branding, prepare publications and press releases, and lead or support efforts to increase awareness among stakeholders and the general public of the Authority's mission and progress towards its goal of passenger rail service restoration in the Reading–Philadelphia corridor. The Marketing and Communications Committee's mission requires close coordination with the Community Engagement Committee.
The Finance Committee is responsible for developing the Authority's annual budgets and providing oversight of banking and bill payment activities. In coordination with the Planning Committee, the Finance Committee is responsible for supporting the Authority's federal and state grant applications and providing grant administration support and oversight.
The Community Engagement Committee focuses on identification of stakeholders and outreach to them for the purpose of increasing awareness of both stakeholders and the general public of the Authority's mission and progress towards its goal of passenger rail service restoration in the Reading–Philadelphia corridor. The Community Engagement Committee's mission requires close coordination with the Marketing and Communications Committee.
The Personnel Committee is responsible for leading all human resources activities of the Authority. This included selection and engagement of an Interim Executive Director in September 2022, and will include future staffing for the Authority.
The Executive Committee works with the Executive Director between SRPRA Board meetings to address the overall strategic next steps to present to the SRPRA Board each month. These are items outside the roles of the various other committees
